Island Life Rentals is a small, hands-on team renting homes and villas across the greater San Juan area, from Condado and Ocean Park to Isla Verde. We're not a big management company or a call center. We live here, we know these neighborhoods, and we keep a smaller, carefully chosen set of properties so we can look after each one the way it deserves.
What that means for you is simple. Every home is professionally cleaned before you arrive, the listing tells you the truth about what you're booking, and there's a real person on the other end of the message the whole time you're here. We know the island, so ask us where to eat or which beach to walk to, and we'll point you to the spots we'd send our own friends. The team behind Island Life Rentals
Island Life Rentals started with Tanner, who moved to Puerto Rico on a one-way ticket and built the business from the ground up. He started managing just one apartment as a favor to a friend. Six years later, that same hands-on approach is still how every stay gets run.
Today it's a husband-and-wife team. Tanner and his wife, Jazry, got married in 2026 and now run Island Life Rentals together, along with the local cleaners and crew who keep every home guest-ready. They live on the island, treat each property like it's their own, and stay small on purpose, because being reachable and getting the details right is a lot easier when you actually know every home you manage.
